born in geneva, raised in berlin, angelique went to paris and moscow for stage and vocal training.

she began her solo career in oratorio and opera, highlights include singing Poulenc’s Voix humaine in the cairo opera.

now in basel, she performs mainly as a chamber soloist in medieval and contemporary repertoires with the ensembles les élancées, cum jubilo and mon cuer mon ame, touring in france, belgium, germany and switzerland.

more recently, she started giving vocal performances based on improvisation, often in connection with visual arts and dance.

she is the artistic director of Ars vivendi – Life as Art and its related festival TEXTUR.
